Off-Wing Partners, LP (“Off-Wing”) is a private debt fund that invests exclusively in the aviation parts supply chain. The inventory Off-Wing finances is sold by the original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) (a Fortune 100 company with a credit rating of A-) as part of its maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) contracts with OEM clients.
Off-Wing targets unlevered mid-teen annual returns which are distributed quarterly from loans that are secured by high quality, liquid inventory of vital aircraft engine parts.
